Position: Business Engagement Coordinator

Reports to: Senior Director of Operations

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Employment Status:Part-Time

Recruit, engage, and retain Chamber investors through proactive outreach, relationship building, and promotion of programs and services. Support investor growth strategies and play a key role in generating non-dues revenue through advertising sales and sponsorship engagement

• Actively recruit new investor through outreach and referrals
• Focus on retention efforts to move Premier Level Investors up one or two levels
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective investors, explaining benefits and opportunities
• Maintain communication with Ambassadors and support their efforts on retention
• Assist with investor recruitment campaigns and retention programs
• Provide regular investor reports to leadership
• Make follow-up calls to assess satisfaction and encourage engagement
• Collaborate with staff to align outreach with Chamber programs and events
• Maintain accurate records in the Chamber database
• Represent the Chamber at events, ribbon cuttings, and community activities
• Support Chamber-wide investor retention by building strong relationships with investor, communicating value, and ensuring a positive experience with Chamber

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and confident in outreach and follow-up.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm for business and community development.
