Job Description Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate Drylock Core Values:

  • Coordinate with sales team any customer contract renewals.
  • Work with our sales directors and/or legal team to ensure that every new customer contract and confidentiality agreement (NDA) is in place and filed correctly while maintaining existing ones.
  • Pricing Request Forms (PRFs):
    Along with sales director ensure price and volume updates are accurate and communicated to customer service and finance for system entry.
  • Assist sales in the creation of sales forms, flowcharts, meeting notes and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Lead onsite promotions including corporate and customer visits and meetings.
  • Assist with Annual Budget activities throughout the year.
  • Master assigned SAP and Sharepoint responsibilities.
  • Create and maintain condition reports for rebates, allocations and incentives. Maintain the customer information and data including databases, forms, etc.
  • Coordinate and lead sales bids, launches and/or contracts.
  • Build and maintain external and internal customer relationships.
  • Maintain and create required sales reports, continuous and individual, to ensure they are useful and understood.
  • Cross‑train with other Inside Sales team members.
  • Occasionally travel to and attend trade shows.
  • General project responsibilities as assigned.
Profile Education And Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Must have at least 2 years minimum experience in an office setting, preferably supporting Sales or Marketing.
Job Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
  • Must have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Must be able to read and interpret work documents.
  • Must have the ability to work in teams.
  • Must have the ability to perform basic math.
  • Must have the ability to adapt to frequent changes.
  • Demonstrate drive for success and ability to think progressively (forward thinking).
  • Must be organized, detailed and deadline oriented.
  • Ability to set daily priorities, taking business needs into consideration to manage time, workload, multiple projects, and competing priorities.
  • Advanced computer skills applicable to general business, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Adobe programs, In Design and Illustrator experience preferred. SAP experience preferred.
  • Experience with sales databases a plus.
  • Resourceful and able to work independently as needed.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop clear, concise business and customer correspondence.
  • Effectively present information and respond to questions from colleagues.
  • Uses creative problem solving to generate solutions, overcome obstacles, and respond to internal/external questions, concerns, or complaints.
  • Take initiative to lead projects, increase personal expertise, improve processes/procedures by developing long‑term solutions and improve internal and external communication.
  • Flexible and quick to adapt to changing processes, procedures & priorities.
  • Quick and accurate data entry.
  • Exhibit professionalism in all communication internal and external including writing reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, and standard operating procedures.
  • Pull basic data, interpret the data, and communicate results/information to others.
  • Think through projects, processes, and assignments from start to finish recognizing obstacles or issues that could arise so that they can be proactively addressed.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
