Location Manager, Business

• Onboard partners to the Oscar platform
• Visit Oscar Car Rental locations regularly to build strong departmental relationships
• Serve as the primary contact for Oscar partners
• Collaborate with the US-based team and regional support in Germany, Spain, and Denmark
• Drive continuous improvement and provide proactive support to rental locations
• Handle interactions and follow-ups in a structured manner
• Help partners implement and improve the Oscar business model
• Provide field feedback that influences the national growth strategy
• Scale Oscar Mobility’s presence within Wisconsin and help lay the groundwork for entry into future states

• Passionate about onboarding new partners and developing system improvements based on partner feedback
• Can-do mindset and enthusiasm for being a foundational member of a growing organization
• Strong relationship-building skills with business owners and long-term partners
• Result-oriented problem-solving approach focused on partner satisfaction
