Job Requirements

Supervises Utilities crew while performing duties of an Operator and/or Laborer. Organizes, leads, and trains employees to complete projects within established timeframe following established guidelines and requirements. Reads and follows plans for digs and installation. Enforces and monitors all safety processes and procedures. Completes all necessary paperwork related to the job, including DOT and safety documentation, employees'
Timecards, And Other Required Documentation
. Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Operator or Laborer.
• 0-3 years of experience in a Crew Leader, Foreman, or similar supervisory role.
• Familiarity with Utilities Restoration.
• Ability to read and understand plans and blueprints required.
• Possesses a valid driver's license in good standing.
• Must have a Class A CDL.
• Possesses a willingness to travel.

This position works outdoors in various weather conditions that are not deemed unworkable (i.e. negative degree weather, excessive heat, rain, wind, etc.).
