At Boldt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.
As a Superintendent, you'll play a critical leadership role on a high-profile healthcare project supporting an emergency department expansion for a major Midwest health system. More than just leading the work, you'll build strong relationships—serving as a trusted partner to project teams, trade partners, and owners to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership position where collaboration drives success, and where your ability to connect, communicate, and align people will have a direct impact on how the work gets done.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team-first environment and values open communication and shared accountability. You bring not only strong field leadership across complex scopes like concrete, structural steel, and healthcare environments—but also a genuine commitment to working alongside others to solve problems and move projects forward together. You'll lead production planning efforts, coordinate daily operations, and invest in developing the next generation of field leaders—creating an environment where people can succeed while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with Boldt's culture and values.
