Monarch Paving is hiring for a full-time seasonal Laborer to support road crew activities from May through November. Responsibilities include layout, shoveling, raking, sweeping, traffic control, and operating small equipment. On-the-job training with potential advancement to equipment operator is provided.
Position requires valid driver’s license, physical fitness for outdoor work, and willingness to work overtime and some Saturdays. Local and regional travel opportunities are available.
