- Assist in taking customer service calls
- Gather information and produce packets of information for daily installs
- General customer service and administrative duties
- Provide support to our Production & Service Managers as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Detail orientated in a fast paced environment
- Experience working with Microsoft Office
