The Member Account Representative is responsible for welcoming Members and others to the office in a timely manner. Accurately process Member transactions as requested. Open new accounts, unsecured loans, credit cards, and Kwik Cash loans. This position may require working at other office locations. Responsible for actively building relationships by meeting Member needs with Royal’s products and services, providing electronic service demonstrations, and resolving any Member inquiries in an efficient, accurate, and friendly manner.

Support Net Promoter Score (NPS) initiatives in the office by providing exceptional service, guided by Royal’s Core Values, creating loyal Members.

• Compensation: $17.41 – 19.98 (candidates with significant related experience may be higher).

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Working knowledge of financial services and ability to identify solutions to meet financial needs for existing and prospective Members
• Strong customer service orientation, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to interview and listen effectively. Able to explain and present to Members
• Good organizational skills, time management, attention to detail, and ability to produce accurate materials, data entry, and transactions
• Willingness to learn new technologies and use Royal’s digital solutions on devices (tablets, smartphones, PCs); basic understanding of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work productively in a team with interruptions; perform routine tasks and maintain high quality
• Previous customer service and cash handling experience
• Previous experience working in a financial institution

• Full-Time, approximately 40 hours per week
• Variable hours from 9:45am to 6:15pm Monday through Friday, with a Saturday rotation from 9:45am to 2:15pm
• Fully onsite at the Eau Claire South Royal Credit Union branch location
