What You’ll Do- Deliver high-quality preventive and periodontal care, including cleanings, assessments, and diagnostics
- Educate and empower patients to take ownership of their oral and overall health
- Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients and families
- Collaborate with dentists and teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment plans
- Practice evidence-based dentistry using modern technology and instruments
- Create a welcoming, judgment-free experience for every patient visit
- Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license
- Passion for patient education, prevention, and relationship-based care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous learning

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:00-4:30 and Friday 7-1 (flexibility for part time)
Responsibilities What You’ll Do- Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
- Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
- Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
- Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
- Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
- A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
- Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
- A current CPR certification
$39-$42 per hour plus hygiene comp
