The Lead Registered Dental Hygienist plays a dual role:

• Primary clinical hygienist delivering exceptional preventive and periodontal care.
• Clinical leader supporting consistency, mentoring, and best practices within the hygiene department.

This role works closely with doctors and leadership to support patient outcomes, workflow efficiency, and a positive team culture.

• Deliver comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care.
• Perform thorough periodontal assessments and charting.
• Educate patients on oral-systemic health and personalized home care.
• Collaborate with doctors on diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in Eaglesoft.
• Uphold all infection control, OSHA, and clinical safety standards.

• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for other hygienists.
• Support onboarding and training of new hygiene team members.
• Promote consistency in clinical protocols, patient education, and standards of care.
• Identify workflow improvements and collaborate with leadership on solutions.
• Develop and maintain KPI for all hygiene team members.
• Act as a positive role model for professionalism, teamwork, and patient communication.

• Active Wisconsin Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical hygiene experience.
• Strong periodontal knowledge and patient education skills.
• Comfortable with digital charting and practice management software (Eaglesoft preferred).

• Prior experience mentoring or training other hygienists.
• RHT leadership, quality improvement, or clinical coaching.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, patient‑focused practice.
