We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer to join our team, focusing on roadway construction projects for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, local governments, contractors, and land developers. The candidate will support project managers in surveying, staking, layout, and inspection tasks. Proficiency in Civil 3D is essential for estimating quantities of materials such as asphalt, concrete, gravel, and earthworks.

• Support project managers in surveying, staking, layout, and inspection tasks.
• Utilize Civil 3D for estimating quantities of asphalt, concrete, gravel, and earthworks.
• Focus on roadway construction projects for various governmental and private entities.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in civil engineering.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D.
• Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license or in the process of obtaining one.

• Experience in estimating material quantities for construction projects.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

The position is based primarily in the field, with 90% of work occurring outside the office.

This is a Permanent position based out of Eau Claire, WI.

The pay range for this position is $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year.
