** What you’ll be doing:
*** Drive continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality
* Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, and material flow across production operations
* Manage and maintain SAP Production Planning (PP) and Variant Configuration (VC) data including routings, material masters, and work centers
* Conduct time studies and labor analysis to establish accurate labor standards and support production costing
* Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT to support automation and system integration
* Develop standard work, process documentation, and training to ensure consistency and scalability
* Support capacity planning, cost estimation, and performance tracking for equipment and operations
* This role may have direct reports.
** What you will bring:
*** Strong background in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
* Experience with time studies, labor standards, and production analysis
* Ability to work cross-functionally in a manufacturing or production environment
* Experience with SAP PP, Variant Configuration, or ERP systems preferred
Industrial Engineer II Education
* 2 Year / Associate Degree in engineering or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required.
* 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in engineering preferred.
Experience
* 3 - 5 years of related experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or process improvement
Industrial Engineer Sr. Education
* 2 Year / Associate Degree in engineering or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required.
* 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in engineering preferred.
Experience
* 6 - 9 years of related experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or process improvement

*** This is an onsite Industrial Engineering role based in Schofield, WI
* Minimal travel required
* Role level may be Industrial Engineer II or Senior Industrial Engineer depending on experience
