Professional Land Surveyor

We are currently seeking a full‑time Professional Land Surveyor. The job involves collaborating with the design staff on transportation, municipal, development and architectural projects, conducting land records research, and processing field data for boundary, topographic, ALTA, right of way, transportation, subdivision and certified survey maps. The role also includes supervising construction staking, providing proposals and cost estimates, and maintaining quality records.

We are seeking a full‑time Transportation Design Project Manager with a Wisconsin Professional Engineer license and extensive transportation design experience in Wisconsin. The role covers Highway, County, Municipal and Township projects, with emphasis on roadways, intersections, roundabouts, and stormwater related to highways, bridge approaches, right of way and construction.

• Design transportation projects in compliance with WisDOT and state/local processes.
• Coordinate utilities, agencies, and create project reports.
• Produce project drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Manage project staff and workflow.
