What if you could shape how complex products are manufactured—from the first design concept all the way to flawless production?
Seeking a Process Engineer to support new product launches, improve manufacturing processes, and enhance product quality in a production environment.
Responsibilities- Design and optimize manufacturing processes using CAD and simulation tools.
- Develop tooling and process controls for new and existing products.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, suppliers, and customers to improve efficiency and quality.
- Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct inspections, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 1–3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
- CAD experience required; simulation software experience preferred.
- Ability to read engineering drawings; GD&T knowledge preferred.
- Experience with simulation software desired.
- Experience with quality inspection and non-destructive testing methods is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools preferred.
