Process Engineer

Seeking a Process Engineer to support new product launches, improve manufacturing processes, and enhance product quality in a production environment.

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes using CAD and simulation tools.
• Develop tooling and process controls for new and existing products.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, suppliers, and customers to improve efficiency and quality.
• Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct inspections, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 1–3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• CAD experience required; simulation software experience preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings; GD&T knowledge preferred.
• Experience with simulation software desired.
• Experience with quality inspection and non-destructive testing methods is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools preferred.
