  • l DoSupport manufacturing performance by identifying process inefficiencies, analyzing downtime trends, and implementing practical solutions to improve productivity and reliabil

    Lead and support continuous improvement efforts utilizing Lean Manufacturing methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, SMED, value stream mapping, and point-of-use improveme
  • nts.

    Assist with equipment upgrades, process modifications, troubleshooting activities, and technical manufacturing initiati
  • ves.

    Develop project plans, establish priorities, track progress, maintain documentation, and communicate updates across cross-functional te
  • ams.

    Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve safety, quality, cost, and operational performa
  • nce.

    Train, coach, and support manufacturing team members to enhance technical capability and improve process execut

ion.
What You

  • Bring Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent manufacturing experience will also be consid
  • ered.

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-speed manufacturing or production environ
  • ment.

    Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment reliability, materials, tooling, and maintenance workf
  • lows.

    Experience with continuous improvement, project management, troubleshooting, and root-cause problem sol
  • ving.

    Ability to collaborate effectively with production operators, maintenance teams, engineers, contractors, OEMs, and suppl
  • iers.

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with AutoCAD, Solid Works, Inventor, or similar engineering design tools is prefe
  • rred.

    Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environ
  • ment.

    Self-directed, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage changing priori
  • ties.

    Prior coaching, mentoring, or supervisory experience is prefe

    Ability to support manufacturing operations outside of normal business hours when ne
