Overview

We are looking for an energetic wedding DJ who knows good sound, good music, and how to throw a great party! The position of disk Jockey here at For the People Entertainment is an opportunity for an outgoing wedding DJ/ emcee to bring their talents to new heights and help our clients celebrate their events with style and class. We will provide training and equipment to guarantee our standard.

Here at for the people entertainment, we want our clients to receive first-class customer service with promptness and cleanliness, professional grade equipment, and a night of entertainment that will create wonderful moments and memories that will last a lifetime.

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Have a valid driver’s license, and a reliable insured vehicle.
• Have a cell phone.
• This is a seasonal job. Must be available on weekends and holidays
• Must have passion, professionalism, and a willingness to learn how to entertain.
• Must be punctual and honor dates scheduled to work.
• Must have good manners and customer service.

• Primarily weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and other miscellaneous celebrations.
• Playing music and entertaining crowds with the use of music, microphone, and lightshow.
• Coordinating planned activities.
• Transporting, assembling, operating, and disassembling professional grade DJ equipment.
• Calling clients to confirm and finalize plans for their event.
• Marketing and operating a tradeshow booth to acquire more working opportunities.
