Senior Wealth Advisor located in Eau Claire, WI or Wausau, WI. The role is a relationship‑manager focusing on Total Wealth Advisory—a comprehensive, planning‑led experience across a client’s financial and tax needs.

• Provide comprehensive wealth and tax advisory services to high‑net‑worth individuals and women‑led businesses.
• Lead client strategy and deliver high‑touch experiences with strong follow‑through.
• Gather client data during the planning process, oversee and delegate planning work, and deliver financial plans with actionable recommendations.
• Manage existing and new referral relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain technical competency with firm systems and Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe.
• Maintain and grow a book of business, with existing transferable business preferred.

• Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible financial services experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• FINRA Series
  65 or 66 license required.
• CFP® certification or equivalent required; relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of certification.
• Experience managing complex, multi‑generational client relationships and pivotal life transitions (e.g., business liquidity, divorce, widowhood, caregiving, career shifts).
