** Job Details:
*** Prepare loan closing documents for commercial, real estate, consumer, and HELOC loans
* Perform loan funding activities
* Maintain and update loan systems and records
* Conduct quality control reviews and file audits
* Identify and resolve documentation deficiencies
* Generate and review reports
* Provide support across multiple loan operations functions
* Assist with compliance, audit readiness, and process improvement initiatives

*** Three or more years of banking or loan operations experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Understanding of loan documentation, funding, and operational processes
