Xcel Energy is seeking a senior leader to develop and implement pricing analysis policies across its jurisdictions. You will direct the Regulatory Pricing & Analysis unit to ensure revenue recovery and cost efficiency while complying with regulations.
You'll mentor staff, manage budgets, and liaison with senior management, regulators, and external groups to shape pricing strategy and settlements. Strong testimony experience and multi-state regulatory knowledge are essential.
