Description
Directs and coordinates activities relating to creating and administering trust accounts in accordance with terms creating trust, investment agency, wills, estate, and retirement accounts. Manages accounts for which the financial institution acts as the trustee, investment manager, guardian, agent, and as personal representative. Understands and completes job responsibilities in accordance with federal and state compliance regulations.

Manages accounts for which the financial institution acts as the trustee, investment manager, guardian, agent, and as personal representative. Understands and completes job responsibilities in accordance with federal and state compliance regulations.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities Administers Trust Department Accounts 70%- Meets with and prepares written communication to owners/beneficiaries to review client accounts
- Reviews account transactions, directs disbursements, allocates income, prepares monthly account reviews
- Sets and monitors investment allocations/investment objectives
- Provides communication and validation of investment goals/objectives with clients, provide investment performance
- Oversees preparation of annual distribution reports for Trust IRA clients
- Call on current and prospect clients to help grow Department AUM and accounts.
- Nurture, maintain and enhance current relationships with CPAs and Attorneys in the local surroundings for current Clients and possible future business.
- Reviews fiduciary tax returns, individual tax returns and client information
- Works closely with SEI staff for support/training of Trust System Software and provides training to Trust staff
- Oversees Trust Administration Committee (TAC) and Trust Committee of the Board (TCB) meeting preparation
- Serves on bank committees as needed and community organizations
- Participates in internal and external training and development opportunities as required
Work Relationships and Scope:
Reports to VP Trust Manager. Works regularly with clients and co-workers. Regular contact with suppliers/vendors and trade/professional affiliations. Works regularly with highly confidential business and client information. Participates in Bank committees and community events.

Skills And Abilities
Four-year college degree in accounting, finance, business or equivalent desired. Three years trust administration experience or equivalent required. Must possess courteous and professional customer service attitude; excellent verbal and written communication skills…
