Western Dairyland Economic Opportunity Council, Inc. is seeking an Energy Services Intake Worker to guide individuals through public assistance programs and determine eligibility for the Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program (WHEAP).
This full-time position (36 hours/week, Mon-Thu) follows a seasonal schedule, with peak energy-season activity from late summer through spring. Responsibilities include screening, information provision, eligibility determinations, referrals and outreach.
