We are seeking talented and personable Nail Technicians to join our nail team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for nail care and services, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves providing professional nail treatments while maintaining high standards of sanitation and client satisfaction. Candidates should possess a diverse skill set, along with excellent communication skills.
Duties
Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, acrylic, gel-x extensions, dip powder, and nail art with precision and creativity
Provide additional hand/feet treatment and nail art as needed
Educate clients on nail care, skin health, and available treatments to enhance their overall experience
Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure client safety and hygiene standards are met
Assist clients in selecting colors related to nail care and beauty enhancements, upselling where appropriate
Stay current with the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and beauty techniques to offer innovative services
Build strong relationships through excellent customer service skills to encourage repeat business and positive reviews
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license or relevant certification for nail technician services
Knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, and sanitation procedures
Experience with nail care treatments as needed
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively
Sales experience with upselling abilities to promote services
Ability to perform multiple beauty treatments including nail enhancements and nail designs
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high standards of hygiene

Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
