Read and understand individualized service plans for residents and provide support per their service plan;
Attend to residents' individual needs including grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, eating, incontinence care, toileting, colostomy care, prosthetic appliances, transferring, ambulating, range of motion, communicating;
Respond promptly to residents' pages and alarms;
Provide resident care and administer medications if med passer and delegated by RN, check vital signs, collect specimens, laundry, dining room setup;
Assist with activities of daily living and other duties as assigned including lifting 50-100 lbs
