Job Description

Pro Care Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Marshall, Wisconsin for the 2026–2027 school year
. This is a great opportunity to work with a manageable caseload serving students from 3rd through 12th grade
, all within one campus. The four buildings are conveniently located within walking distance, allowing for easy movement between assigned sites.

• Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Location: Marshall, WI
• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday
• Schedule: 7:45 AM – 3:45 PM
• Students in 3rd–12th grade
• Approximately 44 students on the caseload
• Caseload includes both direct service and consult-only students
• Four buildings located on one campus, all within walking distance
• SLP will provide services across 3 buildings
• Onsite, school-based contract position
• Contract position with potential for renewal based on performance
• Pay rate: $42-47/ hour

• Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
• Active Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous school-based experience is preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, case management, and documentation skills
