About the Role:

We’re partnering with a well-established manufacturer in Eau Claire to find an HR Manager who will support 200 employees. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leadership to shape company culture, enhance employee engagement, and align HR strategies with business goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Support talent development and create succession plans to ensure growth.
  • Foster a positive work environment and drive employee engagement programs.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding efforts to attract and integrate top talent.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues and performance management.
  • Work with leadership and key stakeholders to implement effective HR strategies.
    • Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
