Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a high-energy, resourceful Healthcare Talent Sourcing Specialist to support high-volume recruiting across Rogers Behavioral Health. This role will focus on identifying and engaging qualified healthcare talent, building proactive pipelines, and partnering closely with Recruiters and Talent Acquisition leadership to meet current and future hiring needs.

The ideal candidate is an outgoing, relationship-driven recruiter who knows how to think outside the box, navigate healthcare licensing requirements, and develop creative sourcing strategies across multiple states.

• Develop a deep understanding of Rogers Behavioral Health’s departments, positions, job requirements, and target candidate profiles.
• Build and maintain diverse, proactive candidate pipelines for high-volume healthcare openings.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using research, networking, database mining, internet searches, job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools.
• Identify, research, screen, and present qualified candidates to the Recruiting team.
• Recruit across multiple states while understanding varying healthcare licensing requirements and clinical job levels

• Partner with Recruiters and Talent Acquisition leadership to develop sourcing plans and long-term talent pipelines.
• Create compelling candidate messaging that effectively communicates the Rogers Behavioral Health value proposition.
• Support job marketing efforts and adjust messaging based on market response.
• Leverage internal relationships and business knowledge to anticipate future hiring needs and sourcing opportunities.
• Track sourcing activity and results, evaluate effectiveness, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate source-of-applicant information and recruiting data.
• Document successful sourcing strategies and research methods to share best practices with the team.
• Monitor pipeline activity and understand the volume of candidates needed to support open requisitions.
• Stay current on healthcare talent markets, sourcing techniques, and recruiting technology.

• 3+ years of dedicated healthcare recruiting/sourcing experience
  , preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Proven experience managing a high volume of requisitions and complex candidate searches.
• Experience with multistate healthcare recruiting and understanding of clinical licensing requirements.
• Knowledge of healthcare positions, departments, and varying levels of clinical talent.
• Strong sourcing and research skills with the ability to find candidates through creative and nontraditional methods.
• Experience using multiple recruiting technologies, databases, job boards, and internet sourcing tools.
• Strong candidate communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and changing hiring needs.
• Bubbly, vibrant, outgoing, and highly personable with a strong customer-service mindset.
• Resourceful, persistent, and willing to think outside the box to solve recruiting challenges.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
