- Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Develop, maintain, and support operations reports, dashboards, and ad hoc data requests.
- Support data extraction, reporting, and dashboards.
- Ensure data accuracy and access controls.
- Support and maintain core banking systems and related applications.
- Analyze system issues and coordinate resolution.
- Assist IT with risk assessments and audits.
- Support access controls and compliance activities.
- Lead new initiatives that align with organizational goals and drive process improvement.
- Explore and evaluate AI applications to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

The ideal candidate for this position will have an associate’s degree in information systems or data analytics, with 3 years of previous experience in data reporting and analytics, computer support and administration, or a mix of the two. Previous experience in the banking or financial industry is preferred. Applicants must also have a valid driver's license, good decision making and problem solving skills, ability to analyze, interpret, and make decisions based off data points and reports, ability to troubleshoot and communicate effectively with repair vendors, ability to input and retrieve data from a variety of computer systems, ability to maintain confidential and sensitive data relating to customers and employees, have exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and will exemplify our core values of deliver an exceptional experience, shine through service, lead with integrity, create positive impact, and foster genuine relationships.
