Summary

• Interact consistently with customers (team members, patients, families, guests) to provide high‑quality support.
• Troubleshoot company‑owned and personal devices, including installation and replacement of equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of technology devices and software packages unique to various departments while upholding Sanford technology standards.
• Maintain and configure personal computers, operating systems, and applications.
• Communicate across all generations, functions, and regions to meet customer needs.
• Provide training and educational support for end users.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and understand their needs and challenges.
• Learn and acquire new skills, maintain accountability, and stay current with mobile and end‑user computing technologies.

• Associate’s degree in a computer‑related field (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Strong customer‑service skills, empathy, and tech‑savviness.
• Demonstrated ability to problem‑solve and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of networking, unified communications, and technology systems support.
