Role Overview
The IT Support Engineer will provide technical support and troubleshooting for software problems across the Windows environment, assist with network connectivity issues, and perform basic Active Directory tasks. The role will also involve ticketing and documentation, customer service, and communication with end-users.

- deliver courteous and professional support to end-users
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a help desk, IT support, or desktop support role, proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 10/11 environments, and hands‑on experience with ticketing platforms.
Requirements- High school diploma or GED
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a help desk, IT support, or desktop support role
- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or ITIL Foundation certification
- Bilingual (English/French) a plus
