Requirements Position SummaryWIN Technology is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support the administration, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Conga, and Form Assembly.
This role is ideal for a Salesforce Administrator with a solid technical foundation and growing business acumen, capable of contributing to both day‑to‑day platform management and ongoing enhancements. The Salesforce Administrator will collaborate closely with senior team members, business analysts, stakeholders, and technology teams to translate user needs into effective solutions, support system improvements, and deliver measurable business value through Salesforce.
The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience in Salesforce administration, a user‑focused mindset, and the ability to work independently on core responsibilities while continuing to expand their expertise and take on more complex initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and support the Salesforce platform, including user setup, roes, profiles, and data management
- Configure and maintain objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and flow‑based automation
- Contribute to solution design by aligning business requirements with Salesforce capabilities, with guidance on more complex initiatives
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement enhancements to improve usability and performance
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business requirements
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation
- Contribute to designing intuitive, user‑friendly solutions that improve workflows and user experience
- Collaborate with business analysts and senior team members to refine and prioritize requirements
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups
- Execute assigned work within sprints, ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Provide input on effort estimation and task prioritization
- Support alignment between business needs and technical solutions
