Technical Application Specialist | Last Mile Logistics

Transform customer support into a seamless experience! As a Technical Application Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for real-time support, troubleshooting, and customer engagement. You will help ensure a smooth user experience and participate in software testing and validation.

• Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Proactively follow up with customers to resolve open items.
• Stay up to date on new features and communicate updates to customers.
• Test and troubleshoot new features to ensure release readiness.
• Research client usage and follow up to ensure optimal software utilization.
• Learn and follow all procedures related to technical support.

• 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge in supporting technology.
• Industry knowledge/experience.
• Customer experience skills.
• Knowledge of specific system application fundamentals and business processes.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in a support environment with high call volumes desired.

• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, ERP applications or analytical tools.
• Knowledge of financial, manufacturing, retail or distribution business processes.
• SaaS or e-Commerce experience.
