The Network Engineer is an integral role within the Network Engineering Department. As a Network Engineer, you are expected to have a solid foundation in network technologies, alongside a developing knowledge base that encapsulates network service provider technologies utilized to maintain policies based on industry standards groups like the Metro Ethernet Forum (MEF). In this role, your primary focus is the remote management and support of equipment deployed at customer premises on behalf of WIN Technology's managed services customers.

Through continued learning and hands‑on experience, you can provide enhanced technical support to other WIN staff and work through complex problems while leading to a resolution. As you grow in this role, you will become able to anticipate areas of improvement and effectively communicate the need for changes and augmentations across managed customer environments. To be successful, you will remain current and informed on network product developments and broader IT industry trends in order to identify and apply emerging technologies to WIN's managed services portfolio.

You will have a track record of superior interpersonal relations with both internal stakeholders and external customers. You will have a history of coordinating internal network and customer-based projects while managing multiple priorities and completing them on schedule. As a Network Engineer, you will have helped others achieve success through knowledge sharing and mentorship, and you will also be a leader in identifying areas of process improvement and championing company initiatives.
