⚖ What You’ll Do- Lead personal injury cases from intake through resolution
- Draft demands, negotiate with insurance carriers, and represent clients through all stages of litigation
- Build strong, compassionate client relationships
- Collaborate with a high-performing legal team to achieve exceptional outcomes
- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials as needed
- Use modern systems and streamlined processes that make managing cases efficient and organized
- Wisconsin-licensed attorney
- 1–5 years of PI or civil litigation experience preferred
- Strong communicator and problem solver
- A client-focused, team-oriented mindset
- Someone who enjoys autonomy, accountability, and a positive work environment
