Join our team as a Supply Chain Analyst and play a key role in driving operational excellence through data-driven decision-making. The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing supply chain performance through data-driven insights, operational reporting, production planning support, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role partners cross-functionally with Operations, Logistics, Purchasing, Customer Service, Sales, Finance, and Manufacturing to improve service levels, inventory performance, production efficiency, and overall operational effectiveness.
This position plays a key role in identifying trends, managing risk, improving planning accuracy, and supporting strategic supply chain decision-making in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

- Analyze supply chain, inventory, production, and service data to identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain operational KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools for leadership review.
- Monitor key metrics including forecast accuracy, inventory levels, production attainment, service performance, schedule adherence, and material availability.
- Perform root cause analysis on operational issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Translate large data sets into actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Support data-driven decision making through ad hoc analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve inventory utilization, increase operational efficiency, and improve customer service performance.
- Evaluate system data integrity and drive improvements in reporting accuracy and process consistency.
- Production Planning & Operational Support:
- Support production planning activities through analysis of forecasts, inventory levels, customer demand, lead times, and manufacturing capacity.
- Create, release, and manage production orders within ERP/MRP systems.
- Analyze capacity constraints, production flow, and material availability to support optimized scheduling decisions.
- Monitor production and material flow while proactively identifying shortages, delays, or operational risks.
- Recommend planning adjustments based on changing business conditions, demand variability, or operational constraints.
- Support product launches, transitions, phase-ins, and phase-outs while minimizing operational disruption and excess inventory.
- Maintain planning parameters, lead times, BOMs, and master data accuracy within ERP systems.
- Continuous Improvement &
Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Partner with Operations, Logistics, Purchasing, Customer Service, Finance, and other departments to improve supply chain performance and workflow efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through process analysis, workflow optimization, and performance measurement.
- Identify process gaps and recommend scalable solutions to improve operational execution.
- Participate in projects involving inventory optimization, planning improvements, automation, reporting enhancements, and operational standardization.
- Communicate risks, constraints, and operational impacts clearly to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Serve as backup support for Master Data Analyst responsibilities as needed.
- Team Leadership & Accountability:
- Lead and develop production personnel through clear expectations, direct communication, and consistent accountability.
- Conduct timely performance reviews and ongoing coaching to drive individual and team performance.
- Maintain a structured discipline process including coaching, corrective counseling, and written warnings when required.
- Develop and strengthen frontline leadership capability in team supervisors.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Information Systems or related field preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, production planning, inventory management, logistics, manufacturing analytics, or related field preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with a high attention to detail.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data modeling, and trend analysis.
- Ability to analyze large data sets and communicate findings clearly.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong understanding of supply chain concepts including forecasting, inventory management, production planning, lead times, and capacity constraints.
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Ability to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities using operational data.
