GLP Services is a clean, modern, and cutting edge machine shop. We run new equipment and high end tooling. We serve a multitude of industries, which means that we machine just about any material, with quality being held to the absolute highest standard.
Expectations of each machinist are high, as it is a requirement to be able to run more than one machine at a time. Every machinist in the shop is expected to keep not just their, but the entire machine shop. The vast majority of the time each machinist will be running their own programs. Programming skills must either be Mastercam or Surfcam, with the requirement of transitioning to Mastercam over time.
This position is to fill a need for a 3 axis machinist, with the requirement to learn more complex machines over time.
