ROLE SUMMARYThe SECONDARY OPERATIONS MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN will manufacture products to production and customer documentation standards, meeting customer and company defined quality and on‑time delivery requirements. This position must ensure that all work is performed to superb quality standards and in a timely and efficient manner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThis position may support one or more of the following production areas, depending on business needs:
- Assembly
- Wetroom (Clean & Test)
- Laser Etch
- Finishing
- Laser Cutting
- Fin Stamping
- Machining
- Shipping
Key responsibilities include:
- Adhere to departmental job expectations and production requirements.
- Maintain production flow by completing job assignments in alignment with quality, schedule, and efficiency targets.
- Perform accurate record‑keeping of time, data, and production information on documentation and computer systems.
- Evaluate data and results against specifications to determine product acceptance.
- Inspect and measure parts using precision tools, measurement equipment, and visual inspections to confirm compliance with specifications.
- Operate machines and hand tools to manufacture products to required standards.
- Apply materials such as cleaning agents, adhesives, lubricants, and inks in the manufacturing process.
- Follow company processes, procedures, and work instructions to ensure safe and compliant production practices.
