Production Scheduling Coordinator

We’re looking for a Production Scheduling Coordinator to play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. In this position, you’ll serve as the link between Sales, the shop floor, and management—ensuring clear communication, accurate scheduling, and efficient workflow.

• Maintain and update production schedules and dispatches using scheduling software.
• Coordinate with managers and supervisors to understand priorities and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Communicate staffing or resource needs and flag changes as required.
• Monitor production progress, update system data, and generate reports to support planning.
• Provide quotes and lead times to the internal sales team and have involvement in setting ship dates for new orders.
• Assist with inventory counts and occasional material handling or purchasing tasks.
• Support process improvement, cost, and quality initiatives.

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional manufacturing experience preferred).
• 2–3+ years of manufacturing experience highly desirable.
• Experience with ERP software recommended.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Computer proficiency and ability to create and interpret reports.
