CNC Machinist - ALL shifts

RIVERSIDE, located in Eau Claire, WI, is a precision machining company. Our mission is to provide custom precision manufacturing and innovative services to medical, aviation, space, defense, and emerging high-tech industries.

We are seeking CNC MACHINISTS for our MILLING, SWISS AND TURNING departments on all shifts. A suitable candidate is passionate about their work and committed to quality, service, excellence, and innovation.

• Schedule:
  
  4x10 schedule Mon-Thurs; 1st and 2nd shifts;
  Fri-Sun weekend shift with overtime
• Base Pay Range: $20.00 up to $36.00 per hour depending on experience
• Shift Pay: 10% or 17% depending on shift
• Sign-On Bonus: $3,000.00

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, job routings, setup sheets, and GD&T
• Setting up and operating CNC machines; loading, verifying, and running CNC programs
• Loading and adjusting tooling; setting work offsets, tool wear offsets, and cutter compensation
• Managing tool life; running multiple machines when cycle time permits
• Performing in-process and final inspections; documenting quality characteristics
• Using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Maintaining safety and quality work standards
• Performing other duties as assigned

Candidates will be placed at Machinist Level I, II, or III based on skills and experience.

• Associate Degree in machining or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 - 5+ years of CNC machining experience
