CNC Machinist

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Schedule:

4x10 schedule Mon‑Thurs. 1st and 2nd shifts, Fri‑Sun weekend shift + overtime

Base Pay Range: $20.00 up to $36.00 per hour depending on experience

Shift Pay: 10% or 17% depending on shift

Sign‑On Bonus: $3,000.00 Relocation Assistance Available

RIVERSIDE, located in Eau Claire, WI is a precision machining company, and our company mission is to provide custom precision manufacturing and innovative services to medical, aviation, space, defense, and emerging high‑tech industries.

We are seeking CNC MACHINISTS for our MILLING, SWISS AND TURNING departments on all shifts! An ideal candidate is an individual that is passionate about their work and committed to quality, service, excellence, and innovation.

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, job routings, setup sheets, and GD&T;
• Setting up and operating CNC machines;
• Loading, verifying, and running CNC programs;
• Loading and adjusting tooling;
• Setting work offsets, tool wear offsets, and cutter compensation;
• Managing tool life;
• Running multiple machines when cycle time permits;
• Performing in‑process and final inspections;
• Documenting quality characteristics;
• Using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges;
• Maintaining safety and quality work standards;
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Candidates will be placed at Machinist Level I, II, or III Based On Skills And Experience.

Associate Degree in machining or equivalent experience Minimum 1‑5+ years of CNC machining experience.
