Schedule:

Production Operators work three or four 12‑hour shifts each week, rotating from days (7 am–7 pm) to nights (7 pm–7 am) every 8 weeks.

Pay:
Earn up to $22.60 per hour based on experience, plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential for the rotating schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate Drylock core values: safety, respect, ownership.
  • Perform typical machine operations to produce product to specification, using defined good run settings, and meeting output, yield, and OEE goals.
  • Prep, load, and set parameters for raw materials.
  • Operate manufacturing processes including cutting (dies, knives), gluing, conveyor, vision, and packaging (case erectors, box sealers).
  • Splice material.
  • Read, monitor, interact with, and respond to machines using PLC/HMI.
  • Remove, install, and validate parts during equipment set up and changeovers.
  • Use hand tools and metric/standard tape measures.
  • Follow all procedures and maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Perform quality checks, basic preventive maintenance on machines, and observe product defects.
  • Detect deviations from normal machine behavior and troubleshoot to root cause machine operations problems.
  • Detect and report product defects and questionable conditions.

Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing related experience.
  • Minimum 1 consecutive year of employment with one employer.
  • Ability to frequently lift 40 pounds (and up to 75 pounds occasionally).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
  • Previous machine operation preferred (onsite training available).
