Our vacuum aluminum brazing capabilities are in high demand across top aerospace and defense programs, keeping our shop busy with long-term projects and stable work.

We are hiring CNC Machinists for our Mill, Swiss and Turn departments.

• $20 - $35 Hourly Base + Shift Differential (hourly rate is based on skills and experience for level I, II, III).
• $3,000.00 Sign On Bonus

• 2nd Shift (Mon‑Thurs) 3:15PM‑1:45AM:
  Base Hourly rate +$10% differential
• Overtime available

• Setup/operate CNC mills, Swiss, lathes
• Read blueprints, GD&T, job routings
• Load/verify programs, manage tooling/offsets
• In‑process & final inspections (calipers, mics, gauges)
• Run multiple machines when cycle times allow

• CNC experience (all levels welcome)
• Associate degree/Technical certificate OR equivalent experience
• GD&T knowledge a plus, we provide training and shop floor support

• GD&T Support:
  Training + shop floor simplification tools. We know GD&T can be intimidating, we provide training and create simplified work instructions so machinists focus on making parts, not decoding symbols.
