Summary
Identifies, sorts, and separates parts by hand, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities & Duties- De burr parts by hand or machine, according to company specifications and procedures. Package parts according to shipping instructions.
- Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documentation, etc. Check work area for hazards.
- Clean up dirt and debris in work area both during and after the scheduled shift.
- Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.

RequirementsEducation and/or Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent, one to three years’ relevant experience, or equivalent combination of both.

- Frequently lift or move up to 15 pounds

- Frequently working on foot, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail bending and stooping.
- Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced.
The employee works in a factory environment and is occasionally exposed to wet, humid conditions and toxic or caustic chemicals. He/she is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and works near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is loud.
