Production Supervisor

• oversee the day-to-day activities of a production team
• supervise manufacturing and/or packaging employees working on multiple production lines
• assign tasks and adjust workloads to meet production goals
• schedule and monitor training
• monitor production quality
• troubleshoot and resolve problems
• ensure that all operations comply with current Good Manufacturing Procedures
• review Standard Operating Procedure changes for all plant operations
• manage and record performance metrics

• A minimum of 2 years in the field with supervisory experience
• A four-year degree is preferred but we will consider applicants with multiple years’ worth of experience in a supervisory position

Demonstrates expertise in overseeing production teams, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Procedures, and managing performance metrics. Proficient in task assignment, workload adjustment, and quality monitoring to achieve production goals.
