Lippert Components is seeking a Finishing Department Team Member II for the 2nd shift. You will assist in the powder coat process in a fast-paced assembly-line setting, ensuring line efficiency from coating to packaging.
Responsibilities include packaging finished products, maintaining quality checks, and supporting the line with accurate measurements and material handling. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred; physical ability to lift 50–85 lbs is required.
