Production Worker

Our client, a leading manufacturer specializing in custom packaging solutions, is seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join their dynamic team. As a vital part of the manufacturing department, you will support various production processes, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $17.25/hr

** Shift:
** 1st Shift (Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm)

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate manufacturing equipment such as Hot Melt, Heat Welders, Arm & Post Stitchers, Pallet Jacks, and Stretch Wrappers

+ Follow all manufacturing instructions closely to ensure product quality and safety

+ Maintain good housekeeping practices in the work area

+ Assist in physical inventory counts during month-end, year-end, and audits

+ Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals

** What's Needed?*
* + Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

+ Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks, bending, reaching, and grasping

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Reliable, independent, and able to work well within a team
