  Friday, Saturday & Sunday (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) | Work 36 Hours, Get Paid for 40! (4 Days Off Every Week)

• EXPERIENCE:
  
  2+ years CNC machining with 1+ years independent setup depth (Mills/Lathes)

• REQUIREMENTS: US Citizen or Green Card holder; daily commute proximity to Big Bend, WI

Maximize your work-life balance with a 3-day work week! We are hiring a Weekend CNC Setup Machinist for a premier, climate-controlled precision manufacturing facility in Big Bend, WI. Serving aerospace, defense, and medical sectors, this facility provides year-round work stability, cutting-edge machine tools, and a supportive team culture.

• Execute independent setups and run CNC mills and turning centers for complex precision parts.
• Monitor tool wear, adjust tool page offsets, and maintain tight dimensional tolerances.
• Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections using precision measuring hand tools.
• Troubleshoot setup and mechanical issues to ensure consistent weekend production flow.
• Read engineering drawings and strictly follow GD&T requirements.

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience with 1+ years executing independent setups on mills or lathes.
• Strong technical fundamentals:
  Blueprint reading, G&M codes, and GD&T concepts.
• High Reliability:
  Dedicated commitment to the Friday-Sunday 12-hour day schedule.
• Work History:
  Solid employment track record demonstrating long-term tenure and attendance.
