We're looking for an experienced Additive Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our growing additive manufacturing operations and drive production excellence.
In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, manage production schedules, support customers, and lead a talented team focused on producing high-quality parts with cutting-edge additive manufacturing technologies. Responsibilities- Lead and prioritize daily production activities to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
- Supervise and support additive manufacturing team members.
- Coordinate projects from launch through completion, including scheduling across production, finishing, painting, and custom operations.
- Review customer specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and maintain production, quality, and delivery records.
- Operate and support additive manufacturing equipment as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and preventative maintenance programs.
- Advise customers on materials, processes, and additive manufacturing solutions.
- Order materials and supplies to support production demands.
- Participate in rotating weekend support to help maintain equipment uptime.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of production processes and manufacturing methods
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize work and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with additive manufacturing technologies
- Lean manufacturing experience
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs with assistance.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout a manufacturing environment during a shift.
- Regular and reliable attendance is required.
