Our client, a leader in custom packaging manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Production Worker II to join their team. As a Production Worker II, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Worker II
Location: Eau Claire, WI
Pay Rate: $19
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
What's the Job?
- Operate various manufacturing equipment including hot melt, foam, corrugate balers, heat welders, and more
- Follow manufacturing instructions closely to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Maintain good housekeeping practices in the work area
- Assist in physical inventory counts during month-end, year-end, and audits
- Use Oracle system to accurately report production data and maintain records
What's Needed?
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and physical activities such as lifting up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Dependability and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Comfortable working in ambient temperatures
