Braze Technician On the Training Pay

Job Requirements

Compensation:
Market-based pay. Base pay plus 17% shift pay for weekend day shift (Friday–Sunday 6 AM–6:30 PM). Benefits:
Eligible for the company benefits plan.

• Vacuum braze parts, clean, load and unload parts, spank fin, cut foil, and perform hardness tests.
• Perform finisher duties as needed.
• Safely clean components on the braze cleaning line prior to vacuum brazing while following all safety requirements.
• Spank fin, cut foils, use hardness tester equipment, download data.
• Use setup sheets to properly fixture braze parts.
• Load and unload ovens; operate heat‑treat and drying ovens.
• Read and interpret blueprint dimensions, tolerances, and surface finish callouts.
• Ensure quality of brazing by checking for flaws and non-conformities and taking corrective action.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 0–2 years of manufacturing experience.

Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Strong ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Exceptional problem solving and decision‑making skills; independent thinking.
• Attention to detail.
• Demonstrated understanding of the manufacturing process and safety requirements.
