Responsibilities
  • Operate additive manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality parts.
  • Prepare materials, including blending plastic powders and loading liquid resins into production systems.
  • Follow manufacturing travelers and accurately document production processes.
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of production runs, material usage, and machine performance.
  • Identify and report quality concerns while supporting corrective actions.
  • Suggest process improvements that enhance print quality, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
  • Support a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Requirements
  • Associate degree (or equivalent) in a technical or manufacturing-related field.
  • Experience operating additive manufacturing equipment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing practices preferred.
  • CAD experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 75 lbs. with assistance.
  • Stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, twist, and carry materials throughout a shift.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and support production operations.
